Who We Are

Co-Founder and CEO of Radley Health, Anson is leading all strategic planning and implementation of our business plan. Anson is an experienced executive and successfully co-founded Strive Asset Management. He is passionate about the Radley Health mission because he has a close family member with a SMI. 

Co-Founder and President, Jonas is a seasoned leader with over three decades of expertise in strategic behavioral health operations, and specializes in Medicaid-centric systems. Jonas holds Professional Clinical Counselor licenses in Ohio and Kentucky. He was previously the VP of Behavioral Health at Caresource and the Director of The Health Foundation of Cincinnati. 

Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer, Adam is a lawyer by background and has +20 years in the public sector. He was the Director of Montana’s Department of Public Health and Human Services and previously worked in Kentucky as the Secretary for Health & Family Services and as the Chief of Staff for the Governor’s Health Care Policy. 

Head of Technology, Rakesh is an experienced healthcare Technologist with a demonstrated history of leadership in transformation and EHR roll outs for various multidisciplinary healthcare facilities.  He is currently the Senior Director of IT Governance & PMO for the NYC Health and Hospital system where he primarily works with EPIC on IT implementation. He is based in Cincinnati OH. 

Peer Support Supervisor, Mark has been providing peer services in southwest Ohio for 11 years. He is an experienced facilitator and volunteer for NAMI's Connections Group as well as their In Our Own Voice and Stigma Free programs. Mark is an experienced designer with over 10 years of experience working professionally. He brings his background in design and his passion for peer services to Radley.

Kenny Wead is the Director of Business Development at RadleyCare, where he leads new partnerships and supports ongoing provider relationships. After graduating from the University of Cincinnati in 2021, he built a strong foundation in healthcare business through roles in marketing, finance, and recruiting, and later spent two years at UnitedHealthcare. Kenny is passionate about scaling Radley’s mission, driven by personal family experience navigating the behavioral health system.
